Customer support. Paying customers get help in the in app chat, with a four hour response on Pro and a one hour response on Scale. Starter customers are supported through the community forum and the public docs.
Office hours. Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific. Engineers are on call the rest of the time for production incidents.
